Clerkship Opportunities
Tufts Early Anesthesiology Mentorship (TEAM) Visiting Summer Clerkship
Interested underrepresented in medicine fourth year or rising fourth year (MS3 or MS4) medical students across the country who choose to participate in the (TEAM) visiting summer clerkship will have the opportunity to participate in a 4-week clinical clerkship at Tufts Medical Center’s Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Medicine (main campus) in Boston, Massachusetts between July – September 2024.

Elective Clerkships at Tufts
Rotations include learning about basic preoperative evaluation, standard induction and maintenance techniques, basic airway management and postoperative pain management. There will be exposure to most anesthetic subspecialties, including obstetric anesthesia, cardiac anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, regional anesthesia and pain management.
